Occasional problem with throw ...
Best way I've found is to just stop for a while. It can come from tiredness in the arm or a little extra tension in the fingers, but small problems usually lead to bigger ones down the line as you end up trying to overcompensate or tinker with your setup to try and get better results.

Take it as a sign to come away from the board for half an hour so you can put it out of your mind. Eventually you'll step up to the board with only your natural throw for reference.
